The assignment

Danske Bioanalytikere- called DBIO - is a national trade union with almost 6500 members. DBIO puts dialogue, service and visibility in center and wishes the information - and communication technology solutions to serve the members in the best way. PLUSPEOPLE was chosen for a co-operation about restructuring, redesign and implementation of a new website for 2007.



Improved member services through adjusted content
The starting point of the solution is the digital service that in many cases replaces human contact and for that reason the communication is adjusted to the individual member. The information is among others put in order of priority to target entrance to facilitate the accessibility and when logging in the members get an improved and targeted members service:

  • Possibility of editing personal information directly in the member database
  • An overview of relevant DBIO courses and access to the course material.
  • Access to an electronic manual with information about, among others, agreements.
