Structure and specification

A simple tool that everyone understands

Everyone has an opinion about the style of a button, typography, content and even the colour of detailed design drafts. An individual design element has the ability to influence the total evaluation of a website and tastes differ.

Therefore we always use "wireframes", which are inexpensive and simple prototypes that allow a good niveau of abstraction and the possibility of an evaluation of the solution in full and a focus on the strategy rather than wasting design - and programming resources.

Successful digital self-service is greatly about structure and an educational way of giving priority to the content - generally based on user profiles and user scenarios in order to ensure a fit between content, grouping and users, such as:

  • How should the flow of information be constructed in order to make the flow the most rational for the users?
  • How do we ensure that each page of the web solution reflects the primary tasks of the users?
  • What kind of navigation mode will facilitate the users' way of handling the solution?
  • How do we name the categories so that it makes sense to the target group?
The process is most often a joined workshop as well as an expert evaluation which results in documentation with a description of structure, flow, navigation, functionalities, menues/naming etc. that are perfect material for the graphic interface design.
